The Fine Print
Covid considerations: Vaccination status is not required for this event. Please be responsible and considerate of others and do not attend if you are feeling ill or suspect a compromising exposure. Please make the choice that feels right for you, and don't register if you don't feel comfortable with these guidelines.

Lodging: Room options at Sweetwater Escape are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Early registrants will get first choice. Pricing does not vary. Non-lodging option is available for those who are local and wish to commute from their own home.

Cancellations/Refunds: In the event that the host needs to cancel, full refunds will be provided. Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, refund is dependent on your space being re-filled. For last-minute cancellations due to a positive covid test or illness, 50% refund will be provided, with the other 50% dependent on if your space is re-filled.
